I heard of LLC services provided by Garrett Sutton (from Kiyosaki's Rich Dad Poor Dad) but don't know how it works.

I have been listening to the podcast daily, read rich dad poor dad in two days and currently reading the millionaire next door.

I've recently had a perspective change due to listening to Rich Dad Poor Dad on audible, as well as some of Brandon's books, and im seeking to make a change in my financial, personal, and professional life.

sub too wrap lease option etc.. is a fine method but in my mind only to be used by very financially capable folks.. not folks that are trying to get rich on OPM and no credit.. and in some states the persona with the lease option can hole up and judge may make the lessee do a foreclosure giving the lessor a right to cure..

I have decided not to pursue conventional higher education (i.e. college or tradeschool) I have no aversion to hard work but would rather utilize my blood sweat and tears to make myself money, not somebody else.I am fully aware real estate is not a get rich quick scheme so I'm coming to the forums to ask for any advice on what vehicle of real estate investing I should pursue...
