So let me ask you, what would a 2,000 square foot house, built after 2001, cost and rent for in Orange Crest, or Indian Hills, or Lake Hills, or La Sierra, or any other middle class area in your market.

English eat Squab (pigeon), and I love sushi.During the late 70s and 80s there was a big cultural adjustment for recent immigrants in certain part of the county I grew up in (Orange County) and inappropriate, over the top jokes about missing dogs were rampant.Maybe your lease clause should be modified to read: "...no dogs as pets or livestock".

It is in Medford but you can get there by the Orange or Red line and a bus, or it is just a 2 mile walk from Davis Square if you do the Red.
