Hey Vargas Rick welcome to BP and welcome to Central Florida.

I used to live in Deltona - and still know a lot of folks there. Probably a great place to be injecting right now if you take a little time to know the area and find the best areas to invest in. The city is also pushing to improve the owner and occupancy rates so be sure to look into leveraging that.
