TK reviews was never intended to be a revenue source for Brie or Myself it was a give back to the community that has treated us so well over these last 20 years..In fact we are monetizing the site.. starting this month and 100% of the revenue will be put back into buy SEO and whatever other social media deals that need to be done to cast a wider net for those that want to show their wares off on the site and for those that want to make revues etc etc.

There are a lot of costs that come with a website and unless you are going to pay for SEO marketing, key word searches, promotion, etc then there is no real value in it or immediate return on your money.

Also consider making videos and creating a YouTube channel for your REI business - here again, Google owns YouTube so they give you a lot of "SEO" credit if you use it.If you're a listing agent, you might feature pics of houses on Instagram or Pinterest. You might also create a BLOG and write about real estate and work on developing a following there. Then there are the RE-specific social sites: BiggerPockets, Trulia, Zillow (you can create blogs and post articles and comments on those sites).I've never found much use for Twitter, myself.Point is, it's not hard - you're already doing social media here in BP!
