I dig into my secure investor portal and can view my database who is sophisticated and who is accredited.

Has anyone had any experience in dealing with c-loans.com out of Sacramento Ca. and if so what were the results?

They just released an online portal for landlords to communicate with case workers & manage your properties. 

The landlord then pays its 50% discounted invoice via its Jack and Landlords' portal at the end of each month.

I know for the Army you can use the Skillpoint portal.

At this point I ceased all communication via texts and did all my communication thru the AirBnB portal as well as called them to make them aware that he may call and complain.Below is some screen shots of the conversation,...In the end AirBnB sided with the guest and declared it vermin and refunded him $221.00 which they deducted from a later payout for us. 

Get your listing on realtor.com by using their landlord portal avail.co  Its all free and realtor.com has a ton more rental listings than zillow.

I agree it sounds like a great idea, but I see people frustrated beyond belief when they only have a national/online mortgage company that only work with emails (Who get a new person every time and zero phone calls because everything is in a portal).

Screen tenants, eleases, accounting, manage billing/vendors, tenant portal, post listings, issue 1099s.
