The furnaces in the closets have been taken/stripped as well.

And window AC units aren't typically in bathrooms, closets, laundry rooms, etc., so some rooms end up being an oven.

Equally hope it's not the closet although it would ad an always popular, 70's restaurant/lounge feel. 

Getting the deal under control is one issue, Cleaning out someones financial closet is another.

A couple questions:1) How big did you make the storage closets and how much did you rent them for?

Kilz Complete in a walk-in closet is more dangerous than I expected.

Bathrooms, water closet compartments and other similar rooms shall be provided with aggregate glazing area in windows of not less than 3 square feet (0.3 m2), one-half of which must be openable.

Another day and a half cutting in the wood trim (2 coats), doors  ( 3 coats due to bleed through )  and 2 closets , and a pantry  and the entire ceiling , all semi gloss white .

The portably washer / spinner units are tolerable if not used frequently.
