regarding AB 2424, how would they determine fair market value?

Hi @Andrew Freed, It is fairly recent, it has been about a year and a half since it passed. 

Some fair criticism for sure.

A straightforward response like, 'Thanks for your interest, but we’ll need confirmation that the buyer can cover the full (or close to full) listing amount,' seems fair.

Perhaps I should take a fair amount of time (1-yr minimum) to build up enough capital, and make repairs. 

I've been in the real estate game for over 20 years and have done my fair share of transactions, including condos and multifamily properties.

Due to his lack of communication ability he has to work through third parties such as myself to obtain this critically needed information.

So, you can't simply trust them to handle things on your behalf and often communication is challenging especially if they choose to make it that way. 

I believe this information should be shared before they take your 8000.00  Open Spaces program created a Facebook page (for Alumni of the program) to allow all cohorts to communicate and ask each other real estate investment questions even after the 3 months program closed.

So we go into this house, and it's a fairly small colonial with a decently renovated kitchen for the time (around 2002).
