I think lawns in dry climates are a bad idea but take my opinion with a grain of salt.

I am by no means an expert so take my advice with a grain of salt.

Once I realized that feed back is simply that and to take it with a grain of salt I realized everyone's experience isn't going to be the same.

I only take Zillow with a grain of salt but according to Zillow, the prices in that zip code are 54% below the median home prices and that the number of foreclosure will most likely drive the prices down in the upcoming year.

Take that with a grain of salt.

I'm very new to this so take my analysis with a grain of salt.. but these numbers look great to me.  

You sell the house, home owner pours salt, salt eats concrete, you look like a clown. 

For those of you who took my post with a grain of salt and actually read through everything, I'm all ears for questions and experience sharing as long as it isn't intrusive.

I would take class categorization and proforma financials from brokers with a boulder of salt.
