It's been 10+ years since I've gone through the City of Chicago permit review process, and I'm told things have changed.In particular, I'm told that I need not only an architect that has Chicago experience, but also a specific sustainability certification, otherwise I run the risk of having a very long review process.Thanks in advance for your help!

Feasibility study is done, we have been in contact with architects and GCs and are currently working with the town to iron out all the permits etc.

switch the zoning or rezone to hotel or a permitted grandfathered zoning instead of looking for the license go bigger and get it permanent not just one unit. loophole but very powerful how a lot of condo development is moving forward in miami they are hotels technically

I have my STR in Kona, so I'm your competitor.I handle everything, when I bought the condo is not even have permit, so I purchase with LLC DSCR loan, then I apply for the permit, takes a while, everything is so slow in the island.
