Boy sometimes i cuss this state, ( wintertime...), but I tell you, there has been times my "helpers" have forgot to lock a door and turn off lights in rentals, etc., and knock on wood I've never had anybody mess with anything.

I like the idea of buying lot's and construct sell houses, but its hard or almost not possible in winter time to do it in central/northern side of the country, but flipping would work in winter too.
