Most banks won't qualify a home on STR and if they do you'll be getting waxed with points/rate.

Wax is honest.

I enjoy my job plenty, but it doesn't hold a candle to my dreams of more time with my future family and freedom to pursue entrepreneurship without working for basic living expenses. 

I really don't like Landlords that try to burn their candle on both ends.

I never noticed it while they were there as they always had candles burning.

Zoomers are up to age 25 and they are another ball of wax altogether. 

He had Daniel-son waxing the car, painting the fence, sanding the deck.

Very likely, what it really needed was just a new 2 dollar wax ring.
