Hi,

I have decided to sell my home as I most likely need to relocate soon due to my job and therefore soon will be listing my home for sale. There is a vacant unit that has an ad for rental? Is it a bad idea to continue advertising for rent while simultaneously advertising to sell? I just want to keep my options open in case a find similar job locally. Appreciate your inputs.

Thanks
