There are bad neighborhoods and idiots in every city, and, although unsettling, I don't think this accurately reflects West Houston. 

I agree that there are some unsettling trends, but they are local and i can't quite get my head around their root causes.  

There is something very unsettling about buying something for a price that is more than $20K over appraised value - even in Denver.

Markets are unsettled for sure and if you are in a variable rate loan it does make you think about protecting yourself a bit.  

I'm very unsettled with the fact that you can't own the dirt in Mexico and I don't believe in any long term security from them or any other Latin, Middle Eastern or Far Eastern Countries.

A little unsettling in the driveway asphalt, some algea on the shingles, but that was about it.

It’s just unsettling if things go wrong and you are part of a large group of investors you don’t know trying to figure out what to do with a property far away.

If it is true they are doing 10+deals in matter of weeks after returning from a weekend training with investors funds,  I find it quite unsettling that many people are investing with them with no experience and will eventually encounter problems.  

I would usually say everything is fine and feel some dissonance at the enormous lie I was having to play out.

Very cute house and I am not a flipper but asbestos on the outside isnt near as unsettling as on the inside.
