So the soonest a foreclosure could be initiated is 150 days past due.The point I was driving at for the OP is that the imputed timetable of this asset is likely an underestimate of time - which speaks something to the value as well.

Many can be addressed on your time-table-- some are typical conditions that aren't great, (and you wouldn't do this if building new) but may not need to be addressed while you own.
