Problem with the above and kicking the can down to the late 2030s is we are in a timetable.  

Don't have a time-table on this yet. 

Because of this, retriggering of the 1 year time table to complete the property to 75% of the value.

I don't want to rush anything so learning what kind of time table I should expect.

For Example, my Note Investing notebook has Sub Categories for Consolidated Note Resources, Goals, Note Buying Criteria, Foreclosure Timelines and Costs, State Specific Notes, Systems for The Note Business, Collection Time Tables, Note Conferences, Bankruptcy in Notes.. 

Don't let that time table of summer 2025 make you take a deal that is not the right one for you.

UCCs expire in 5 years... not sure where you are on that timetable.

I am absolutely desperate for someone like a mentor to walk me through what everything should cost, time tables, how to approach things etc.

Bought the new property at auction, thus the purchase had a set timetable.
