Fountain sq......mapleton fall creek

I'm also a beginner, so no fountain of knowledge just yet, but sometimes it is nice to be around others who are in the same boat.

I currently live in Fountain Valley which is a "stone throw" away from Cypress, let me know if you need a little recon work done on a specific property, I can drive by the property for you.The space/lot rent in mobile parks in this area has been something that I struggle with.

With its proximity to the Wholesale District and Fountain Square (lots of hip and new bars), I'm hoping in a few years, we'll start seeing single, straight outta-college kids who cannot afford to live downtown move to nearby areas like Near Eastside.

For example I didn't need the 20ft ceilings or 3car garage or water fountain in front.

Irvington is a great area, give it another year or two and I think it'll be similar to Fountain Square.

What type of game would you like to see (standard board game, card style tabletop game, etc)?

Imagine coming back to no clubs, no pools, no shows, no buffets, one restaurant open per casino with masking wearing by everyone, no room service, MGM put out a survey to its Mlife members saying it was going to "grab and go" instead of room service, no valet parking, no rides or attractions, temperature taking to get in the front door, no Bellagio fountains because of distancing concerns, and on and on.
