BiggerPockets Board Game...Who’s Interested?

If BiggerPockets developed a card style game who would be interested?

What type of game would you like to see (standard board game, card style tabletop game, etc)?

Would you prefer it to be more serious and educational like CashFlow, or more fun and party style like Exploding Kittens or Unstable Unicorns?

Any specific strategies do you think should be included in the game (BRRRR, House Hacking, Wholesaling, etc..)

Who knows, maybe in a year or two we could be house hacking and doing BRRRR s with our friends and family around a table or at a meetup! Seriously though, we need something other than CashFlow... It's been 20 years.lol

Let me know what you think?
