Does anyone know of a dscr lender that will allow for seasoned money for a down payment and a really good property manager in Ohio specifically in Columbus, Cin, and Cleveland?

Find a good lender, get pre approved, make sure you practice running the #'s using the 100's of videos and guides from BP, find an investor friendly Realtor, and then start making offers on any property that meets your goal.

For example, places like Illinois and Oklahoma have specific rules requiring a real estate license for certain types of marketing.This specifically for flipping land using Transactional Funding.If you’ve done this before, what states have you found to be friendly toward this approach?
