The only time it is a good idea to follow dumb money is after it crashes and today's dumb money, out of state, don't care about price because it cash flows buyers become tomorrow's distressed sellers and foreclosures ... and the trouble may not even originate in that market (though it may); last downturn when LA sneezed, Phoenix and Las Vegas caught pneumonia.
