Some homeowners got windfall from heaven here when people were buying into the “bank can’t foreclose if foreclosure gets dismissed beyond the 5 year SOL”..

I was so tired of beating my head against a wall trying to find someone that would insure properties in need of major rehab and finding them was like a miracle from heaven.

$1,000,000So in speaking about financial independence, I offer a quote from Dante's Paradise Lost "The mind in and of itself is it's own place, and in that place it can create a heaven from hell, or a hell from heaven."

But heaven forbid a "consumer" tries to TAKE ADVANTAGE of every and all loopholes, everyone cries foul.

There is a lot of effort and assistance offered by "on campus" financial aid and counseling services, though- "grants, loans.. and heaven forbid... sometimes they suggest taking a job!"

Heaven knows I could use one.

Thank God God loves us and we can't take our money to heaven at least.

That's how it should be... at least in my Utopian Heaven.
