My preferred hours of being awake: 6 am to 10pm doesn't only allows me one hour (6-7 am) when I might be able to reach the PM based on their working hours.

You're probably awake for 16 hours, so that leaves 8 hours to grow your REI business...or watch TV, or whatever else.

I have only been in the business 1 year, and I work real estate an average of 5-10 hours any time I am awake. 

Lastly why are you guys awake at this time?

I had to live in a D+ area during college and it did seem the folks who created issues were not awake before 2 or 3 pm :)I also agree about not wanting to choose an area like this at least permanently.

Unfortunately, he just died on New Year's Day and that was a WAKE UP call for me. 

Jackson Barr You can look at all of the seminar reviews and you'll find 1.) fans, 2.) detractors, and 3.) people that walked awake enthusiastic but maybe lacking a concrete plan.

Be prepared to devote lose tens of thousands of dollars, fight with loved ones, lie awake at night, and miss important life events.

They are not, they are just giving people a wake up call, if that is what is needed.
