People will always need agents".There was a time when bookstores thought Amazon was no big deal.There was a time, not even very long ago, when even computer scientists thought it would be impossible for software to drive a car. 

Not a rocket scientist here but I try to deploy all the tools that I have to make sure I maximize my opportunities. 

You can either do what everyone here tells you.. target anyone and everyone blindly, without logic, common sense, strategy or intelligence and keep pestering thousands of people for just one deal... or be like an engineer, scientist.. or a smart person in general...Isolate the right audience, and then approach that RIGHT audience with the RIGHT message.Logic no?
