Got out the roller and went to town.

Lay it flat and put a bunch of dowels between them then when it's lined up, start pulling out the dowels to make contact, and roll it down with a heavy roller (or a can of something) to keep it smooth and keep pulling out the dowels as you go. 

Put an old hard drive magnet on the end of a 1x2 and swing it through the yard, or get one of those fancy magnetic rollers from the hardware store. 

So the choice inside of retirement accounts is "do I invest in securities and get say 8-12 percent with a roller-coaster at times, or real estate where I can get 12-15% with very little volatility"?

Unless you're living next to Disney World and they're eyeing this house for their next roller coaster....find a better deal.
