You dont' need to pay foreclosures daily for old worn out regurgitated leads, call your local realtor, they can get them for you at no cost.

Also just because its on BP does not make it right either.. lots of very poor advice on this site remember who your listening to someone who is just regurgitating what they learned from some class and they want it to be right but they really don't know and really don't care.. obviously some do but many don't.
