But I’m marketing my property as just a few minutes drive to Avondale, Riverside, San Marcos which are A areas; and just a few minutes further to NAS and downtown/financial center which aren’t A areas but are where a lot of people work; and for individuals (like myself) who work in Jax Beach area it’s just a quick hop onto the I-10 to head to the coast.
