Narrowing down Jacksonville zip codes

Any investors with experience in the Jacksonville, Fl area?

I’m a new investor that is struggling to narrow down my market to the zip code. Help with which zip to invest in, which to avoid would be greatly appreciated!

My long term goal is to have a diverse portfolio with both long and short term rentals, but as of right now I’m interested in fix and flip properties to build capital.

@Christine Sierra Why don't you start out with looking at what properties are selling for on the MLS in NE FL? Look at the NEFAR website and look up prices. Yes, these are retail prices, so you can get an idea of what things might go for as wholesale.

You can also look at the JSO for an idea of the types of crimes in an area...

Once you have this, you can begin to nail down where you wish to invest. Best of luck to you!
