I would prefer something I can buy once - software subscriptions are a nuisance.Something that automatically downloads transactions from my online banking portal and that can be used to easily categorize expenses for financial statements would be excellent.Thanks,KevinHi, Kevin.

In some older neighborhoods especially historic districts, the tenants look for older houses - they preferred the art deco bathroom tiles, the thick plaster & lath walls over granite countertops and stainless steel appliances.but class D neighborhoods are easiest to tell.

Personally I prefer single family homes around that median price because that's where the most demand will be not only for owner occupants but renters as well.
