Alex Sanchez I've pondered that as well!

Hi all,  wondering you thoughts on a question I've run up against with a couple clients and have been pondering myself in our changing markets.  

Its government stuff so sometimes they can be a pain on things, but I've never lost a deal once it was inked.They are moving way faster over there than they were last year, the ones priced right are getting gobbled up, you really don't have a week to ponder things if its a real deal. 

I have an initial goal of attaining $3,000 per month ($36k annually) in income derived from real estate investments in order to supplement my full-time job.To kickstart this post, I thought I'd ask some questions to the community that I've been pondering over the course of my real estate education:First, market timing: I have the sense that the Dallas market has been on the upswing for the past several years, accelerating even more rapidly since the announcement of several major companies (including Toyota) moving to Plano.  

I have sort of pondered both. 

I've been pondering on withdrawing the money and using the funds towards updating my personal residence in preparation for renting it out.

You have my "wheels turning" on this one......will try to post an update after pondering this for awhile.

I've spent about a month pondering when to have enough information to jump into wholesale real estate!
