If so, I know credco for us sends someone to our office to make sure we are compliant.When we boarded on the IM side it was intense but I actually am glad to go through that process, it means they are serious about compliance.

@Grant Shipman, I will say, I have not explicitly seen anyone violate these rules (that I know of), but more commonly there are a lot of people who have comfort operating at the margins.I.e. compliance officers/attorneys that stop at the letter of the law may say: "investment manager X, you can advertise your company all you want.

Hey Isadore, Send the tenant a notice of non-payment and have the tenant go down to their local public housing authority office, HRA, or Department of Social Service office and provide them with the notice.

I'd talk to your zoning office and see. 3 bed 3.5 bath in 1500 sq ft is pushing it. we build super compact and have a layout thats 3 bed 2.5 bath 1 car attached garage in Columbus Ohio.
