Once you sign up there’s a ton of other systems (Freedomsoft, Prycd, Mailers, LLC, phone lines etc)he recommends that you get in order to do his program successfully.

A phone call will answer all the questions or a quick visit is better, set an appt. 

After multiple phone calls and emails, I delivered the following email regarding my PreREO note purchase:  Hi Karen,Any update on this?

It may sound nice to pay a 6% management fee but the extra fees can add up to be more than the other company that charges 10% with no additional fees.

Call the PM (I don’t think HABD will provide information on a property you don’t own - even if you can get them to answer the phone).

This company might be a good option one day, but not now. 

It is just like being in sales doing the prospecting, need to pick up the phone and call them.

I am writing this because I appreciated the call and while I have no affiliation with them or have experience working with this company nor have I invested with them - they answered the phone immediately. 

There was even one exceptionally kind Bigger Pockets member that seemed to know a lot about health and physical activity that we even chatted on the phone afterwards and he gave me some good pointers.
