@Bruce Lynn is right about NAS Pensacola being a frequent reason that people move in and out of the area.

But I’m marketing my property as just a few minutes drive to Avondale, Riverside, San Marcos which are A areas; and just a few minutes further to NAS and downtown/financial center which aren’t A areas but are where a lot of people work; and for individuals (like myself) who work in Jax Beach area it’s just a quick hop onto the I-10 to head to the coast.

Recommend St Johns county, and then Duval near NAS Jacksonville.

@Chris PorterI've been looking at some quads on the west side, close to JAX NAS that are less than $100K.If you find a good resource for finding leads let me know.

NAS Oceana in VB is a master air base and the largest on the east coast...I would not count on it being closed anytime soon as the city of VB & the Navy have both continued to make efforts to insure the two get along.
