They are both older, have a hard time walking around, both morbidly obese, and the male is recovering from heart surgery.

In my case, it's tens of thousands and, as I said, it's become a kind of morbid twisted "hobby", lol, so there is that.

However, the 3 strikes would have overridden my morbid curiosity and I would have moved on already.

I bet these guys are Pace Morbid students and are shot gunning all over the US.. the big red flag is the statement  ( we will return the property in the same condition or good condition) that is just plain not true if the deal turtles up you will get a home that has been a rental and probably needs  a full rehab.. 

Its a little morbid, but the most 'tax advantageous' method is to get the step up in basis (notwithstanding what the Biden administration is/will do to the tax law) upon her death.
