Every year realtor.com releases a Top Housing Markets report based on anticipated sales growth (inventory) and price growth (appreciation).

The markets you mentioned in your initial post in this thread are great markets, but they're all heavy on appreciation and light on cash flow.

Yesir still operating in the MKE market. 

He told me about LLPAs and presented me with a lot of option related to them.

Unfortunately the short and mid term markets are slowing down.
