Leaving out key facts such as the sellers could make a significantly more money to list FSBO or using an agent is completely different then getting into the minutia of how title and escrow works; or the intricacies of how a global supply chain and distribution network that was built over decades works. 

At my closing, my attorney was wondering who's coming representing the seller.Fortunately, the entire building was refurbished, and rebuilt from the former high school, everything inside is new, so we got warranties on everything.If you wondered how I know all of this, the bank lawyer representing the sponsor at the closing was late, my real estate attorney well versed in all of this, so my he went into the intricacies of HOA's, sponsors, CC&R's etc. to pass the time.

I’m looking for specific information such as how to find investors to manage properties for, the hurdles you have to overcome, and the intricacies of operating such a business.Any advice is much welcomed!

I don't know all the intricacies of your deal, but we've done some intra-family deals with the advice and help of an attorney.For tax purposes we got an independent appraisal of the property.

You can either spend the hours to really learn this stuff in depth (CPAs spend years learning all the intricacies) in order to save yourself what is probably less than $600. 

That's not the landlord's job.Unless the landlord is the guys attorney and knows all the intricacies of the case, the landlord doesn't know whether there is a restraining order, the conditions, time frames, etc.

I'm no expert, but I've worked VA in the past and have learned a lot about multiple VA loans and some of the other intricacies of them.

I got an idea of how real estate deals go but I know when your actually doing the deal there's many intricacies that may or may not be covered from a general guide.
