Hello BP community! Hopefully I am posting this in the correct sub-forum. I am a young realtor and assistant property manager. I have been working the job for 1 year and am interested in starting my own property management company from scratch. Any advice on how to set up such a business and begin working for “myself”? Anyone that has done this? I’m looking for specific information such as how to find investors to manage properties for, the hurdles you have to overcome, and the intricacies of operating such a business. Any advice is much welcomed! Thank you!
