Ingest the knowledge and move forward on better footing.

I hope to do my first deal this year ... once I feel comfortable enough with all the knowledge I am ingesting.

With ingest rates the way they are is this a good time to be thinking about this? 

I'd like to refine the question, if I may...I'm looking for analysis software that will ingest financial statements and spit out metrics about the property.

For now I am going to ingest as much as I can until I figure out what path I want to take: multi-families, rehabs, or sOne other thing.
