Granite counters or formica? 

Do they have granite countertops?

Anyways- if it were you, would you go ahead and redo the kitchen with new cabinets/granite, and put in new windows - or would you leave them as is - and spruce up the kitchen with a coat of paint to the cabinets as a temporary update , and just wait 5-10 years when it's time to sell to do those type of upgrades/rehab (New windows and New kitchen).

:How important are garbage disposals for fully renovated apartments with fully renovated kitchens, granite counters, porcelain tile floors, dishwashers, pendant lights?

My neighbor is replacing her like new granite tops, and I get to keep the old granite if I want. 

We will install a granite counter over this and cabinets on opposite side to act as a peninsula.- Install two overhead or tear-drop lights above peninsula.

I hate doing tile so I'd do LVP on the floor and hire out any backsplash or surround and the vanity granite or marble or whatever you're using on that.  

Fully gutted the house, Opened up the wall between the kitchen and living room, New cabinets, new granite, new appliances, new windows.

We also use it on windows (no streaks like windex) & granite etc.I use well dissolved TSP in the Rug Dr for bad stains esp the stairs but the Deca Clean product is fantastic if you ca get it.
