IE if the norm is for gas to be paid by the tenant, yet your tenant has to pay their gas + hot water gas usage, it will "feel" more expensive to them and many applicants will pass (and you'll suffer higher vacancy).

There is a whole lot to the process.You need a civil engineer to do site plan, stormwater design etc, architect to design and Gas to bid on final plans and specs.

I had them set up my fridge water then the next time they didn’t connect my dryer to the gas because they were being lazy and/or said they were behind with the deliveries but made me sign a page that had checkboxes like did you hook up the gas to the appliance?
