Telling your potential landlord that you know your rights or flaunting those rights is a form of intimidation.

Hello fellow Hartford investors, I'm looking for a heating guy to work with on a regular basis. Anyone can recommend someone reasonable? I had HR Heating, who's a good guy, but he's ghosting me. I think he dumped me : (

If you got a prom note and a TD properly written and recorded you are good to go.

type=businesscard&prom...An artist friend of mine used them and her cards were really nice quality. 

Come to think of it, I think my prom date said the same thing :). 

I'm sure you can get away with flaunting your wealth with A-B tenants.

I would absolutely stay away from any course where the instructor flaunts their "wealth" while trying to sell you on the course.
