The seller feels showing the invoice was a favor, it weird situation i am in, has anybody face such situation?

I use all of them:-Brokers-Platforms like LoopNet, Crexi (my favorite), and BiggerPockets Deal Finder-additionally, brokers often have access to off-market opportunitiesWhen dealing with brokers, I've found that you have to build a relationship in order to get a good deal flow.

That said, water scarcity is not why my home state and favorite region look apocalyptic right now. 

One of our favorite discoveries is that IT'S TRUE, dream opportunities DO land in your lap, the longer you're in business! 

My personally favorite spot so far is Ko Olina but I'm open minded.

This home is one of my favorite rental properties and does very well for us.
