I became interested in RE when I was a young adult and saw that my dad held our landlord in high esteem. 

Security & self esteem ...I just left our favorite contractor supply store. 

Dear Esteemed BP Community,I have recently purchased several buildings in Massachusetts that are very poorly insulated and use electric baseboard heat. 

No complicated business structuring, slow access to money, high fees, etc.It would be easier to use tools like seller financing, HELOCs on rental properties, partnering, etc. to snowball assets.It would allow us to retire when we want/are able to, without the 59 ½ age restriction.ConsTaxes and penalties, likely leaving only ~$100k of the original $150k.So, my esteemed BP peeps…what do you think?

I have also struggled with overall confidence and self-esteem issues due to insecurities about where I am in life (30m, will be 31 next month).

Everybody is crazy busy, but I will invite my esteemed colleagues to chime in.

I agree with my esteemed colleague Chris above, the mortgage doesn't get voided and has nothing to do with how late it was recorded. 

I will leave it to my esteemed colleagues to give you advice on the documentation which you need to support your decision.

I think your energy is best served working on self-esteem items vs attacking me and saying how dare I know more or dare share that with anyone.
