I think my main pain point is underwriting the property as it is and then seeing what it could be and then making decisions on if it's worth and how those decisions are made.  

This will provide insight into making informed decisions and accessing the benefits that these properties offer.

It could give you peace of mind as you focus on your family and move to your new home, without the additional stress of managing a second property from afar.Best of luck with your decision!
