So they put crap like that in the presentation to make it sound better, or they don't have a clue.

Though to be fair there are probably more than a couple of pension plan managers that are probably crapping themselves right now.

I understand that isn't what you thought initially but 15k is insane to get what you got and ended up with.There is way to much social med. crap that "get rich quick" is a pure and total smoke screen regarding real estate.

And don’t mistake on purpose actions for meanness or lack of sympathy   My job after all of the diatribe and crap is to produce the highest level of profitability possible   It’s not to make friends

We advertisers would buy banners and email links, sponsor crap and flourish all without the consumer (eye balls) being force fed.
