The problem is that even though the town itself is located remotely, when it is compact and full of tourists it is very crowded.I know it sucks for STR but I absolutely think they did the right thing there.

Go to the property mid day (when the sun is at its apex) to get as much indirect soft light as possible avoiding shadows and harsh lightTurn on all lights (including stove top and closet lights) and open up all blinds/window treatments (replace burnt out bulbs, if necessary)Close the toilet lids and open up the shower doors/curtain to show the shower devicesCoil up any cablings (television, internet, phone, etc.) into a neat compact circleOpen up all the doors to show the inside of nooks and crannies and share the size of the closetsInvest in a gimble so you eliminate the rocky video.

The order didn't specify what the septic tank was filled with but the order from the Health dept stated it had to be filled with compactable material (gravel, stone or soil).

I think he just cut corners, didn't install  proper weed barrier do didn't make it 3" compacted so stated in error contract.I didn't ask for references (my mistake) and I believe the license number was on the contract, I will check tonight.

If its in the area then you may import good soil or clay to be compacted for a building pad.
