I used to live downtown and was on the zoning board.

All but one of the family members are on board, and we collectively own the majority, but it's 55% and the bank requires 60%.

Finally had the board of supervisors sit down with her and correct her.

Condos don't appreciate at the same rate as single family homes, and you are always a newly elected board away from STRs getting banned in your building.
