In 15s I play centre, but haven't really been too active in 15s.

After finishing highschool and spending a year messing around with Grocery Store jobs and Call Centres I decided to make a drastic step and move out of the home I have lived in for 18 years and move across the country to Alberta.

Conversely LA did not make the top 10 overall list (it is 10th on the Major Metropolitan centres list).  

I declined on the basis that I would prefer to wait until I could open a juice bar since there is a 24hr fitness centre across the road.

Pretty soon I plan on buying a rental property, rental property type being a duplex, so I was wondering if a 2 bed or 3 bed would be better in a location not directly in the centre of the city but just around it where university and other schools would be located.

The most likely scenario as an interim solution to traffic problems is that we'll see various regional centers begin to develop around the perimeter of the city, like the Galleria or City Centre in Houston.

There is a meet up tonight at Houston Texans Grille at city centre, also at pub fiction tommorrow if interested.

Galaxy Group has laid the foundation of this new commercial centre.

I had a momentary dream of vacation rentals in Lake Placid... also passed by the ski jump Centre.

I saw some in Phoenix but it seems very far from city centre.
