@Cary Ferguson Jr guess it depends on how low rents dropped during that recession, but based on what rents dropped to last time during the recession in this same area..I think I'd be fine. that's what I find so odd??

@Cary Ferguson Jr Well, first off, I don't have the most amazing credit score, and I have little in the way of collateral to secure a loan.

Recently moved to Cary, NC from California.  

Carys, We charge 10% of gross collected, and $350 for tenant procurement.

Account Closed  this can all be done BUT its not DONE WITH NO MONEY.. you need money for gas. you need money to pay for your car note ( unless your car Is paid for) you need money for your cell phone. etc etc. who ever came up with the idea that you can make money with NO money I RE is just telling fairy tales. and its also very very market driven.

I am very lucky because I have zero debt and no bills other than phone and food since I decided to get rid of my car I have no expenses now.

It will be a similar situation with my car. I

As others have said, you have done nothing but make blanket declarations that towing a car is auto theft, without any actual citations to back it it up. 

Currently I have one rental in Cary, and intend on acquiring more, probably mostly through the BRRRR method.
