However, in the inner ring suburbs that I live in, there are quads everywhere, built in the 1920-1960s, generally, and they have remained in demand for nearly a hundred years.  

A couple of weeks ago, I came across an awesome off-market deal on a hundred-year-old house a few weeks ago and thought all I had to do was renovate it and I would have myself a nice little home to live in long term.

Since about 2015 I have owned a number of Notes in northern CA through a lender/broker there who has done hundreds of these notes.

.: How could you afford a $3k plus rental and making an issue of an extra hundred dollars? 

I would like to install all wood cabinets as this house will hopefully sell in the low $200K's after renovation. 

Hundreds of decks are probably about to fall down, since they are not up to code now.

Replaced both toilets with brand new ones, replaced the 2 car- garage door with a brand new one, had all the walls freshly painted, put brand new baseboards in, and had the kitchen cabinets painted as well.

They usually have hundreds of them stacked.

A really nice home with some extra touches (a little granite, better flooring, nicer paint job, nicer cabinets, etc.) compared to the area will make potential tenants fall in love with the place.  2) Tenants that bring or can swing their own appliances are more financially stable (or just stable in general, ha!)
