Hello! My name is Aaron Raffaelli, and I am a brand-new investor from metro Detroit. A couple of weeks ago, I came across an awesome off-market deal on a hundred-year-old house a few weeks ago and thought all I had to do was renovate it and I would have myself a nice little home to live in long term. Little did I know I was going to stumble across some books mentioning bigger pockets, start listening to their podcast, and make a post saying this house is now going to be a fix and flip! The cash I make from this is going to fund the first of many house hacks, BRRRs, mid-term rentals, and whatever other markets I find myself in.
