If you dont have the money and you are bluffing , when that bluff gets called , you wont like the outcome 

She's probably bluffing about moving in, and if she's lost her job then you don't want her to anyway. 

The previous post might be your best bet, although you will more than likely only be bluffing the pm, as it looks like both parties have agreed on this non fee which will be backed out of security deposit.

She may be stalling you, or bluffing, or trying to lay guilt on you.  

I would say to their attorney "either you are bluffing or you are the stupidest attorney I have ever met."
